About The Fabulous Me
I was born and raised in Vernon BC, and proud of it! I am currently attending my 8th week of the 2D Animation & Digital Art program at CATO, located in Kelowna BC. I graduated from Vernon Secondary School in 2014.
I would just like to tell you a little about myself. I am very outgoing and love interaction with people. Some of my favorite things to do are to going hiking with family/friends and my two beautiful dogs, swimming, and just being outside in general. And although I love the outdoors, I am very dedicated to my work. Once I start something I have to finish it, with a few breaks in between of course. I am very motivated with a little reward in the end, either a piece of chocolate or YAY I FINISHED!!!

Anne Denmen Lecture
Anne Denmen, Managing Director of Bardel Entertainment Inc, came to our school and did a lecture on how to put ourselves out there when looking for a job after school.
She gave us ideas about how to produce an effective resume. We were told to think about things like what we could bring to the table and what the company could bring to us. She said to reflect on "who am I"?
Most interesting were some thoughts she had about going on an interview. She told us to avoid Mondays! Not a problem - I'm not a big fan on Mondays either! She suggested meeting for coffee or lunch and getting to know the person interviewing you. By surrounding yourself with healthy people, you can make yourself fee good and happy.
She was a spunky, outgoing woman and told us to think "blue sky" thoughts. Told us to always think of our glass as half full!! She was an inspiration and I would love to model myself after her. Perhaps one day our paths will cross again. I sure hope so...
